拧兔常用语（RabbitBo Phrases，以下简称“本应用”）是一个保存和快速发送常用语（文字和图片）的工具。更新日期：2026年10月24日。

1. 我们收集的信息

• 邮箱地址和密码：注册账号时需要。密码只以加密哈希形式保存，我们看不到明文。
• 你的常用语内容：你创建的分组、常用语文字、图片和应用设置。免费版只保存在你自己的设备上，不上传到服务器；会员开启云同步后，才会上传到服务器，用于在你的多台设备之间同步。
• 会员与使用情况：账号的会员等级和到期时间、免费版图片已体验的次数、登录设备的类型名称（如 Android、iPhone、Mac）和登录时间，用于限制同时在线的设备数和图片体验次数。
• 意见反馈：你在 APP 里主动提交的反馈文字和联系方式（选填），以及提交时的 APP 版本、系统类型和语言，用于改进产品和回复你。
• 验证码邮件记录：为防止滥用，会短期记录发送次数。

我们不收集你的位置、通讯录、照片库（只读取你主动选中的图片）、键盘输入内容或其他应用里的内容；不使用广告、不使用第三方统计或追踪工具。

2. 权限用途

• 显示在其他应用上层（悬浮窗）：用于在聊天应用上方显示常用语面板，只显示本应用自己的内容。
• 网络：与同步服务器通信。
• 输入法（键盘）：本应用的键盘只用来点选你保存的常用语并输入；不记录、不上传你的键盘输入。
• 相册：仅在你添加图片到常用语时，读取你选中的图片。

3. 信息如何使用和保存

信息只用于账号登录、会员权益管理、多设备同步和处理你的反馈。付款由苹果 App Store、谷歌 Play 或微信、支付宝处理，我们不会收到你的银行卡号，只会收到“是否是会员、到期时间”。会员到期后云端数据保留 30 天，之后自动删除，你设备上的数据不受影响。数据保存在腾讯云香港的服务器上，通过 HTTPS 加密传输。验证码邮件通过邮件服务商 Resend 发送（仅包含你的邮箱地址和验证码）。我们不出售、不出租、不与任何第三方共享你的个人信息，法律要求的情况除外。

4. 删除你的数据

你可以在应用内“设置 → 账号与同步 → 注销账号”随时删除账号，所有云端数据（邮箱、常用语、图片）会立即删除；服务器的加密备份最多再保留 14 天后自动清除。没有安装应用时，也可以按 删除账号页面 的方法申请删除。

Privacy Policy

RabbitBo Phrases (“the app”) is a tool for saving and quickly sending canned phrases (text and images). Last updated: October 24, 2026.

1. Information we collect

• Email address and password when you create an account. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes; we cannot read them.
• Your phrase content: groups, phrase text, images and app settings. On the free plan this stays on your own device and is not uploaded; it is uploaded to our server only when a member turns on cloud sync, to sync between your devices.
• Membership and usage: your plan and expiry date, how many free image copies you have used, and the device type name (e.g. Android, iPhone, Mac) and time of each sign-in, used to limit simultaneous devices and free image copies.
• Feedback: the text and optional contact details you submit in the app, plus the app version, system type and language at that time, used to improve the product and reply to you.
• Verification-email logs: short-term send counts to prevent abuse.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photo library (only images you pick), keyboard input, or content from other apps. There are no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking.

2. Permissions

• Display over other apps: shows the phrase panel on top of chat apps; it only shows the app's own content.
• Network: to talk to the sync server.
• Keyboard (input method): our keyboard only lets you tap saved phrases to type them. It does not record or upload what you type.
• Photos: only to read images you choose to add to a phrase.

3. How data is used and stored

Data is used only for sign-in, managing membership, multi-device sync and handling your feedback. Payments are handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or WeChat Pay / Alipay; we never receive your card number, only whether you are a member and when it ends. After a membership ends, cloud data is kept for 30 days and then deleted; data on your devices is not affected. Data that is uploaded is stored on Tencent Cloud servers in Hong Kong and transmitted over HTTPS. Verification emails are sent through the email provider Resend (containing only your email address and the code). We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.

4. Deleting your data

You can delete your account in the app at any time (Settings → Account & sync → Delete account). All cloud data (email, phrases, images) is deleted immediately; encrypted server backups are purged automatically within 14 days. Without the app, see the account deletion page.

5. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13.
